For as much money as they rake in - a major investment needs to be made to mattress and bedding.although the pillows were good. My own bed is better and it ain't that great.their bed is an old fashion pocket spring, and not in a good way.

When I go to a hotel I expect the bed to be the highest of quality.to 'sleep on a cloud'. Buffet, in my opinion, was overpriced at $50.this is a 'dry' venue, so forget about bottomless mimosa's. If you're going there for an 'event' - get 'A' section seats anything else isn't worth it. My room view was not the parking lot and I appreciated that very much. The complimentary shampoo was a divine scent of a strawberry/raspberry. Bathroom was spacious as well double sinks, separate toilet and the shower was twice the size of my own. Spacious King room - had a couch and coffee table as well as a desk table area. Extremely sound proof rooms with great blackout curtains. Plenty of slot variety, several poker tables, and the lone craps table had at least 5 players every time I 'peeked' (still a little intimidated to actually play even though I know the basics).

That said, (a) they have a mini fridge in the room, and (b) there was a group in front of us at check-in that was open-carrying a 12-pack of white claw - not advocating that you circumvent the rules, just pointing out my observations.… Truth be told, didn't even realize (until I started researching when my concert tickets mentioned no alcohol) that there is literally no alcohol at this hotel/casino/concert venue. Moreover, when checking in, much like when signing that you won't smoke in the room, bring a pet (without declaration), etc., also sign that you won't be drinking alcohol in the room. Yakima Nation Tribal laws apparently ban alcohol, and as it's a Native American casino, that means hotel doesn't serve alcohol. Why am I giving it 4* instead of 5*? No alcohol. WOW!!! Room was quite large, VERY clean, extremely friendly staff, food court had an OK selection of food (and was EXTREMELY reasonably priced), and to top it off, hotel was also VERY reasonably priced. Got to say, I had very, Very, VERY low hopes for this place, but. Having travelled a lot the past few years for work (80+ nights/year in a hotel), I've become quite picky in my hotel selection. Tl dr - yes this hotel has no alcohol, but those rating it poorly (esp 1*) because of said policy is (IMHO) EXTREMELY over the top! Stayed here for a night to attend a concert.
